I am loving all the Valentine’s posts going around lately. I think Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday not because of the actual day or the expensive roses, but because I love all the bright, cheery decor and all the love! You will never find stores more stocked with hearts and love related goodness than now. So planning Brides- take note! Now is the time to stock up on hearts and cutesy things that you could use either for your wedding or even as props in your engagement shoots. You might be tempted to wait until afterward when every thing is on clearance but I don’t suggest it. Clearance racks are generally picked over and unless you want heart shaped Peeps or goo filled chocolates, don’t wait for the sales! Many places -like Michaels and Hobby Lobby- are already offering great sales. Go get your supplies while the getting is good! With that being said… I have gathered my favorite little crafts from around the web that you can use for your wedding or just for Valentine’s Day!

Some of my favorite suggestions: candy molds and felt hearts. Candy molds make for super easy, super cute favors and felt hearts can be used in various ways from garlands to embellishments on napkins. Trust me- go browse your craft store’s Valentine’s Day selection and you are sure to find some great items you can use for your wedding regardless of when it actually is!
