And The Winner Is…

How were your weekends? Kyle and I had a great weekend celebrating our first anniversary and reminiscing about all our wedding memories. On Friday night we went out to dinner at a place in town that everyone has been telling us is great. We weren’t disappointed and are thrilled to have found a new place to eat! We then hit the town for drinks at a little wine bar. Kyle and I have a knack for finding a quiet little corner of the bar to escape to only to be followed by the strangest people of all time and then getting stuck in said corner with a crazy person. Such was the case on Friday when someone sat down next to us who was quite clearly out of her mind. She did write us a song though so I guess that’s a plus? Saturday evening was spent at the fund raising dinner event for Camp Soaring Eagle. The event was absolutely amazing and we hope they raised a ton of cash for the kiddos! To round out the anniversary weekend, we ate our year old cake and did a toast out of the champagne flutes from our wedding.

Anyway, I am still playing catch up from last week but I wanted to tell the winner of the chocolate buttons the exciting news! I am thrilled that this person won because she was clearly excited for the prize and they will fit perfectly in her wedding!
