When I laid my eyes on these adorable burlap covered strings of lights for Halloween I was instantly smitten. Halloween decor can get tacky really quickly but these little ghosts and lights are a perfect blend of festive and appropriate for a kid-free home that doesn’t want to deck out the patio with orange lights and zombies. Unfortunately they are sold out at Pottery Barn but you probably didn’t want to pay $40 for them anyway. You could make these EASILY with some globe lights and burlap.
They were also selling this variety that spelled out Happy Halloween. It too is sold out but again, it looks like a relatively easy DIY.
What do you think? Could you make that? Of course you could make it say anything and it doesn’t even have to be for Halloween. Happy Fall or something of that nature would be cute too!
