Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Moms out there! I have to warn you that the story I have to share is not a happy one but hopefully it will remind everyone to live life to the fullest, appreciate everyday and everyone, and never cease to tell the people in your life that you love them!
Wendy Kimball Mack is a wife, mother, and nurse who loved her family more than anything. She was 33 weeks pregnant with the family’s fourth child. On April 30th after spending the day with her husband and children, she collapsed. She died at the hospital and her baby girl Maylee, died on May 1st. Wendy died due to complications with a pre-existing heart condition. Due to that condition she had no form of life insurance. Her husband just sold his chiropractic practice and was set to start Medical school soon in Arizona. Denny Mack is left to raise his three beautiful children without his amazing wife. The family could use any financial help anyone is able to give and of course all forms of prayer are always welcome.
You can visit the family’s blog to read Denny’s account of that final day with his wife and the life he now faces. It is an emotional read but truly beautiful to see the love within this family.
Donations can be made through any Wells Fargo location to the “Wendy Kimball Mack Memorial Fund.” If they cannot find the account the account number is 2734175223. The account is attached to the name of Robert H Mack (Denny’s Brother). You can also donate online from your personal Wells Fargo account to account #2734175223.
Also, donations can still be made through paypal.com to account hoverlover75@yahoo.com (also attached to the name of Robert Mack).
Wendy was a beautiful mother who lived for her children. I never knew Wendy personally but she was a dear friend to many of mine. I can not get her family off my mind so I figured I’d share it with you in hopes of getting some more help for her husband and children. In her honor- hug your mother tight and tell you how much you appreciate everything she has done for you!

Sending prayers to this family, and helping spread to word. Heartbreaking what this family has endured, and is continuing to endure.
Such a sad, touching story. So sweet of you to share it with everyone today…
Touching story. It puts everything into perspective when you have more serious things to worry about.
I wish the family all the best in these hard times.
This breaks my heart.
I’d give anything if I could help them. I will do what I can, like you asked, I’ll pray. My heart is with Denny and his children.
Oh my…what does one say? The first question I ask is why? Then I am told we are not to question what happens. This pains my heart to know that this family is hurting but I know that love heals all and I’m sure the family is surrounded by love seen and unseen. Thank you for bringing this to light. xo
