With Memorial Day comes lake trips, flip flops, tan lines, and all the various other joys of summer. Although I am from Phoenix, Arizona where it is essentially Summer most of the year, there is just something about actual summer that gets me excited. It means the heat is acceptable and we do whatever is necessary to take full advantage of it. It also generally means that wedding season stalls, at least in Phoenix anyway. If you are brave enough to go for a July or August wedding, you will likely get some major discounts. If you are planning an indoor wedding, it could be a great opportunity to come in under budget.
